Physiotherapy and Allied Health Professionals Research Tasmania Network

PARTNER is a network of allied health professionals interested in research.  Our aims are to:

  1. Promote Tasmanian physiotherapy and allied research
  2. Provide a point of contact for people new to research for support and assist in organising supervisors for higher degrees
  3. Provide a network to facilitate mentoring and collaboration between researchers.

Research symposia

We will hold at least annually short research symposia showcasing Tasmanian research and/or presentations by visiting researchers.

Involvement in the Research Foundations Program

This is a collaboration between with Professor Julie Hides and the School of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University, Brisbane. The program aims to promote research collaboration, enable co-supervision of research higher degree students and access to other academic physiotherapists for research advice, and provide reciprocal research training and experience for students.
